Effective 22 September 2026. Ship Taste is operated by Taste It. Contact: tasteit.ai@gmail.com. Using the service means you accept these terms.
Ship Taste automatically enhances your photos: upload a photo, make up to five rounds of choices, then export the result in full resolution. Each account starts with 3 free photos.
You sign in with a magic link or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. One account per person; sharing accounts to pool quotas is not allowed.
Do not upload content you have no right to edit, illegal content, or content infringing anyone’s rights. Do not abuse quotas, circumvent access controls, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts breaching these terms.
You keep all rights to your photos. Taste It owns the application, its editing engine, and its design. AI-assisted edits are provided as-is; review exports before any critical or commercial use.
You can delete your data and stop using the service at any time from your Library or Profile. Photos are deleted within 30 days; billing records are kept 10 years as required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Taste It’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you hold as a consumer.
We may update these terms and will note the effective date above; continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by French law. Questions: tasteit.ai@gmail.com.
